The nurses, therapists, & caregivers were 5 stars when they came to my fathers home. The person answering the calls we made to guiding hands was very unprofessional and just not a pleasant person to converse with in our time of need. The owner made a visit to my fathers home to re-evaluate his needs. She did not speak to my mother in a kind way and actually upset her as the conversation was done in a matter that my mother felt belittled and stupid.
