It saddens me to have to post a negative review because I had such an incredible experience with my son at this Guidepost and the Beaverton locations. However, I don't know what happened to either location after 2024 because both locations' childcare quality went down the tank. My son began at the Tigard location as the first child to be enrolled during the pandemic. They were so kind and caring until roughly 6-8 months into it. FORGOT MY CHILD OUTSIDE ! He was 10-15 minutes by himself in the playground in Winter! Thank you mis Lanny , she was found him first ! Didn’t return tuition for the last month! Didn’t say even sorry for my family , so sad ! It was so stressful for us ! It’s literally on the safety child portal for Oregon on 2/28/23 a child in the winter was left 10 minutes unattended!!!

Lisa Morse should be fired for how she has treated our family. Guidepost closed a whole location overnight, without any notice for families. They are still holding my $1500 deposit and ignoring my emails and phone calls. The teachers wanted to unionize and the school just closed completely after lying to us for the actual reason. Do no give these people access to your children.
I would not recommend this school or any Guidepost. See detailed reviews below regarding the schools negligence. If I could give 0 stars I would.
