Parents beware: Communication is a major issue at this daycare. Calls go unreturned, and the refund process is intentionally vague. If you value transparency and reliable management, I suggest looking elsewhere and reading every line of their policy before paying a dime.

I had a very disappointing experience with this daycare, especially regarding their refund process and leadership response. It has been over five months since my deposit refund was due, and I am still waiting. Communication has been extremely poor. I made multiple attempts to call and left voicemails, but received no meaningful response. The last update I received was over month ago. I am writing this post not because my children did not have great experiences at the school but because to date I have yet to receive the refund that is owed to me after my child left the school as of September. After multiple calls and reassurances, and per the contract that was signed with the school I am supposed to receive monies that are overpayed based on the deposit and last months tuition.
