A Risky Choice After being insured by this agent for three years with no claims, GuideOne cancelled our home insurance because we've moved and our house hasn't yet sold. While this seems fairly typical, just be aware that this company is not a good choice if you can't sell your home quickly.
Not a good expereince In the beginning of our policy, Lee was great, but quickly turned not so great when we had an accounting error on our policy. Our company didn't want to work with us anymore and Lee was very rude in how he told us "they don't want to have anything to do with you" he said. I have since found a new agent that fought for us at our same company and we have coverage with them still. Expect to be insulted when working with this agent.
