I've been here plenty a times..this time no sympathy and I can be away from my two very small emotions support dogs. They'd rather me get worse then help. Family against physic world and become they've done absolutely no help and don't care about patients. Shows our mental health system is a joke and they wonder why suicide is climbing.

I was having extreme throat pain, to the point that I couldn’t eat or drink or sleep. Their medical staff didn’t care or acknowledge the concern, and told me they wouldn’t even look at it to see if something was wrong. When I told them I was leaving to seek medical attention they tried very hard to convince me to stay and “see if it just goes away”. I left that afternoon and was diagnosed with Mononucleosis. Super friendly staff had a great time recovering for my issues highly recommend felt safe and well kept on and personal bathroom and amazing a/c felt right at home and the whole staff treats u like family

I came here in October of 2024 and was so nervous and anxious to take that step however once I got to GuideLinks I felt relieved. I know the staff see all kinds of people but they make sure you are safe and I’m grateful for that as I blacked out a few hours after checking in and woke up in the hospital (still don’t know what happened exactly) where I had been for over 12 hours and they sent a cab to pick me up and bring me back to GuideLinks.
