It’s a get sober quick place. Or crisis center. They lie on their paperwork, which in my opinion is taking advantage of people, also they “forget” to return all personal items at once. I had to call them to inform them of their mistake and come up after a storm came and went. That was the reasoning they told me to discharge. All I can say, is count your meds, know your belongings and proof read EVERYTHING they want you to sign. Shame on you Guidelinks. If you or a loved one needs help with alcohol this is the place to start. The staff is so friendly. The rooms are nice. TV. Medication to help you detox. And they actually care about you. You get your own room compared to sleeping in a room full of 3 people who might possibly freak out on you. I honestly couldn't say enough good things about here. If you need help, call them immediately.

I can’t give more than 3 stars as they told me I have too many medical issues for help. I was sent to the ER at IA city Hospitals and clinics, just to sit in a hall for around 8 hours & discharged.

It's a jail and a joke. They promise safety but they spy on you the whole day or two. If you can find another option don't come to guide link.

I loved it I spent 2 weeks in there too get my head on straight nobody bothers you at all. Only thing that got me was how rude the graud can be by automatically taking sides but besides that very educated
