Received a deep tissue massage and trigger point release which has been causing pinched nerves in my neck. Nanci found several tight muscles and released trigger points causing the pain. Pain is significantly reduced.
Janell is amazing! She always has a way to get rid of my trigger points is my neck, my shoulders and my lower back! I feel so much better after!
