Here is why I STRONGLY recommend the services of Joe Snee and his company Guided Elevator. We bought a house in Santa Barbara, California about one year ago with an Inclinator Elevette MRL elevator that accesses the second floor. It is one of the reasons that we bought the house. The elevator did not work. The previous owner, unfortunately, did not provide us any information about the elevator or its maintenance history. My residential elevator was down, and a friend recommended Josh. I previously used a large company, and let me say I wish I had found Him earlier!! Timely, responsive, Knowledgeable; not enough good things to say about him and his service. If you need a repair, DO NOT think twice, you will not be disappointed!
Josh was great and the only person that would service our older elevator. Highly recommended!
