Josh was great! What seemed like a simple fix was more complicated because everything related to residential elevators is more complicated. He identified the problem quickly and thought outside the box on how to solve it without me having to wait to get the part from the manufacturer which would have meant much more time without my elevator. Highly recommend him and a nice guy too!
Josh is truly great! We told him the problem we were having with our elevator and he was able to diagnose it and tell us how to easily fix it without even coming out! We highly recommend Josh and his company!!
We just bought a house in Pasadena with a 30-yr old elevator. As luck would have it, the HVAC repair guys didn't securely close the inside accordion door, leading to our elevator getting stuck between floors. Oh, and this was DAYS before our movers were scheduled to arrive. Without the assistance of the elevator, the movers would have to trek every single box and piece of furniture a minimum of 3 sets of stairs.
