Josh is truly great! We told him the problem we were having with our elevator and he was able to diagnose it and tell us how to easily fix it without even coming out! We highly recommend Josh and his company!!
We just bought a house in Pasadena with a 30-yr old elevator. As luck would have it, the HVAC repair guys didn't securely close the inside accordion door, leading to our elevator getting stuck between floors. Oh, and this was DAYS before our movers were scheduled to arrive. Without the assistance of the elevator, the movers would have to trek every single box and piece of furniture a minimum of 3 sets of stairs. Josh the technician is very professional, honest, on time, kindly answer all my questions, very friendly and provided a great service repair for my old elevator in my house. Very fare price.
I had to call in a few times but I finally got Josh to come in and repair our issue for us. He was very pleasant and fix the issue very expeditiously. He was very honest and straight forward. We had a bad experience with some shady people before and this was a breath of fresh air for us.
