Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Guide Engineering. There was basically no communication from them. The engineer did not consult with me before doing the work and therefore, what I received was not at all what I needed and I can't use it. It was a waste of several thousands of dollars. I don't believe the engineer ever came to my home to see what was needed or what I wanted. What they provided was not appropriate for my situation. I felt that it was a standard template.
