I recently called Guide Bridge Medical Centre to book an appointment for my unwell son, but was very disappointed with how I was treated by a receptionist named Fewaba. I was struggling to complete the online triage form and called for help, but instead of offering support, she was abrupt, dismissive, and unhelpful. How can a doctor change your medication then not order it also give you appointment at physio clinic while sat with you and neglect to confim app with clinic hence left without meds!! and no appointment how can you run a surgery like this? .It's an absolute shambles .Disgusting.
worst clinic. I do not recommend visits always delayed. no answers to questions. reception resembles a cafe not a clinic
