After having a very tough solo hike in the Sewards, I decided to book Guide ADK based on glowing recommendations from others for the Santanoni Range. They are very responsive when booking and planning your hike including emails and phone calls to discuss. Jake was my guide and he was amazing at letting me set the pace and keeping us on track for our goal. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and prepared. Using ADK Guide was an excellent experience and Zach was terrific. My daughter and I learned a lot about the High Peaks area and will definitely use ADK Guide again. We had great conversations about the hiking options in the area as well as discussions about camping safety and gear.

I have been working on my 46 High Peaks for 6 years. I never hike alone, I always bring a friend or family. I had two peaks left and no takers to help me with #45 Haystack. I reach out to Guide ADK and Zack got right back to me through email and then a phone call. He set me up with Jacob who was amazing! He let me lead, set the pace and was always willing to take over and guide me safely when I was unsure of certain sections. We had THE BEST time with Zack! He was so personable, knowledgeable, safe and you can tell he LOVES teaching. We wouldnt have had the experience we did without him. Dont go out on your own, call Guide ADK to make the most of your time!
