My mortgage was sold to Fannie Mae the very first month.
I will be transparent in saying that I have had problems closing with Guidance in the past. However this time around the process was as smooth as possible (as smooth as purchasing and selling a home can be anyways). Our account executive, Shiraz, was always available to help and answer any questions, and was always involved throughout the process.
