We had Great Experience with Ayesha Akhtar . She handled our mortgage and whole underwriting situation like a pro . We came to her after being delayed by last mortgage company but she made sure we do closing in 2 weeks . The process was so fast she was available day and night. she did really hard work. I am sure your system is broken or that you need to hire new staff. I talked to customer service this morning, and they said the last representative entered Dec 1st instead of Dec 9th, so my check was never issued. A courtesy email would be a better solution, even if you made a mistake. They requested it again with the correct date and told me to wait another week. This is super frustrating with Guidance Residential, and it's been a nightmare for 6 weeks. I hope someone fixes this system and resolves my issue.
