I have never been treated so discourteously by a “professional” therapist in my life. We took our daughter there for therapy prescribed by her psychiatrists. After the intake, we saw the therapist briefly to set up appointments for treatment. After waiting 4 weeks for the appointment, the day finally arrived. We went for the appointment today at which point we were told by the therapist #1 that she could not see her due to insurance issues and #2 that she didn’t believe that the therapy was “appropriate.” Your therapist need... read more
The Guidance Center in Bradford PA has went WAY down hill in the last years... This place has been a safe haven for me for years, NOW I can't even leave one appointment feeling any better than before. They treated me like I don't deserve help from them and pressured me about my diagnosis, I was so distraught I left before the session was over the Dr was nearly belittling me. Disgusting.
Nothing can ever be done in a timely manner here. Called for meds making a family member suicidal and got a response THREE DAYS LATER despite the urgent nature. Have been trying to get ahold of my medical records for a while now and took a week of calling just to get someone to answer the phone. Don’t go here if you want consistency in your services.
Never in 35 years of going to that building have I ever been more pissed off than I have been today since when is it okay to make a 83 year old woman with dementia pee in a cup before being seen for a psychiatric appointment and being told to tow the company line that it's company policy to make an 830 woman have a urine test before being seen by supposed doctor never coming there again never I will find another doctor that does not treat my mother like a criminal
