Always friendly, professional and talented. Great folks.
Don't call them about a complaint. They will tell you do it yourself. Worked in customer service jobs before that were way more stressful than just cutting hair and I always treated people respectfully because that is someone else's child, or parent and I treated them like I would want mine treated. I guess not all people were raised with the same manners. Just remember, don't get mad when someone treats you or your family the way that you treat others.
Horrible! Chopped up my grandson's hair like a child had cut it. Charged $20. Then had the nerve to tell me if I didn't like it to cut it myself from now on.
