This is the worst place. I arrange an appointment with Dr Venkatraman 3 months ago, today July 14th is my appointment at 830am, I arrived on time. The front desk says "I dont see your appointment, who did you speak with?. I informed her I spoke to Lucy on 4-21-2025 at 10:33am and arranged the appointment. I also mentioned who referred me. She immediately said, your not going to be seen and lucy is not here. I told her please ask the doctor and mention the staff error. Great medical office staff, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. I appreciate Dr. Venkatraman taking time to go over my medical history and clearly explaining my treatment options. He was very attentive and took his time with me. The appointment was well worth the wait and time to see him. I was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. Highly recommended.
I’m puzzled by these negative reviews. This doctor is by far the best neurologist I have seen, I made a trip from NY to see him in NJ and he’s been the only one able to provide me with some pain relief and a logical approach to addressing my migraines. He also caught something no other doctor had even noticed before, during my many years of “care” at the hands of other doctors. Doctor’s nurse practitioner is extremely unprofessional. Typing and talking aloud while I’m on the phone vs addressing patient needs. Does not have license yet. Cannot call in script changes. When supplied with some feedback to make patients feel comfortable and cared for he stated that everyone likes him and I am the rare case of oil and water.
