The whole time I felt like they ignored anything I wanted, I felt forced to agree to things I didn’t want to agree to and now I’m dealing with the consequences YEARS later. What I wanted was never of interest to Melissa, she just wanted what was easiest for her to get paid asap.

Professional and honest. My case was extremely contentious, and Jennifer was honest and up front with me about my chances of success. She was ultimately respectful of pursuing the course of action I wanted, and things were resolved favorably. I appreciated her candor, as well as her conscientiousness in saving me money. I would absolutely recommend her.
I would give negative stars if I could. I hope everyone who considers using this law firm sees all of the warnings in regards, especially mine. I do not appreciate throwing dirt on an organization's name, but in this case, it is about accountability and truthfulness and many other ethics and virtues about which this organization is clearly ignorant.
