Great location spot 192 Phillip street Charleston. Sadly the house upon arrival smelt very musty. We then found spots that looks like mold/mildew in the home. We contacted the company and were not given much of a reason expect that’s what happens in areas of high humidity and they’ll have someone come look at it on Monday. We left Sunday morning so someone coming Monday would have not done any good for our group. The house also had many damage spots and a broken bed. Working with the R&R team was amazing. The booking process was so smooth and their communication throughout was stellar. The homes we stayed in were lovely - well appointed and perfectly located.

We stayed at 91Spring B recently through respite and revelry Charleston. A beautiful home in a great location. Had enough space for 10 of us. Beds were very comfortable. The porches were a great spot to hang out. Additional parking options were given as well since we had multiple people driving in. We also were able to check in several hours earlier which was a great bonus! We did reach out for more towels the first day, knowing we would go through them quickly. They said they would bring them, but they were never delivered.... read more
