If we could give 0 stars, we would. They created a situation that allowed a guest to steal a set of keys and refuse to take responsibility. They have poor quality cleaneds and subpar security procedures. Do not use this company. They will not take care of your property.
I have looked after garden maintenance for a few Guested properties for a couple of years now. I've been impressed by the professionalism of their management team and the properties are always kept in a neat and tidy condition.
I have been using Guested for many months to manage my apartment for short term rentals while I am overseas. From the first meeting to discuss the services they offer, they have been 100% professional in all interactions. Ioanna has been especially attentive in providing updates and answering any questions I have.
