I will never ever shop at Guess again. Purchased shoes in the San Francisco store at Christmas time. They did not have my size so they were going to send them to me. They were never delivered. I called and spoke with the manager who took it as a joke and never offered a resolution. I called the corporate office and pretty much the same response. Customer Satisfaction is definitely not a priority! Too bad!!!!

Don't buy from them I ordered the Peak Tote in August as a birthday gift for my sister I just gave it to her and the straps are ripped!!!! They will not send me a replacement so basically I am out of money and a bag!! Oh they offered a 10% coupon REALL?? You can keep ur damn 10% you just lost a customer!!! For a well known company this is ridiculous and horrible customer service!!! #GuessFactory #HorribleCustomerService
