I've been a member of this CrossFit gym for over a year, and I'm consistently impressed by the exceptional coaches. Their guidance and expertise have significantly improved my lifting technique and endurance. Joe is particularly outstanding, always offering helpful advice on safe and effective lifting. The supportive atmosphere, where members encourage each other, makes every workout a positive experience. I highly recommend giving this gym a try; you won't be disappointed.
After years of trying and failing to stick with a regular exercise routine, I'm so happy to have discovered this gem of a gym. Everyone is super friendly and supportive, the coaches are top notch and incredibly helpful. Even though I'm a newbie I feel like I'm part of a community. My only regret is not signing up sooner!
I started at Guerrilla Fitness after a 6 year break from CrossFit. I was immediately met with supportive coaching and warmth and camaraderie from the other members. Compared to the other boxes I’ve worked out in, this space is huge, with plenty of equipment and very clean bathrooms.
