Laura was super helpful in finding the right place for me. She’s super personable and does very good business. Very transparent too.
I had a great experience with the property management team—especially Laura in the office and Earl from maintenance. Laura was incredibly responsive and helpful when I reached out about getting a new fridge. She kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Place was what they said . Was very clean and they plowed for every storm. And most of all took my two cats my "children." 🐾 thanks
Not the worst landlords you could have; they lacked effective communication and timeliness on maintence requests. I was receiving communications well after putting in my notice to vacate for what to do for the following months (e.i. removing ac units). Heats included but the box is locked so our apartment was never really warm in the winter since it was in the low 60 range consistently.
