I can believe I even have to give this company a one star review to be able to write this. I had a guy name EDELNILSON HERNANADEZ QUINTEROS asked and paid to drop of my fridge and as soon as he saw my house has some stairs he said it’s not possible and tried to bring excuses. I told him to Just drop it off In the front and I will take care of it myself and he said no which is NOT THEIR CHOICE BECAUSE THIS WAS PAID FOR AND FOR THE DELIVERY TO BRING IT UPSTAIRS. THE WORST COMPANY YOU CAN EVER WORK WITH!!!! WE HAD A GUY NAME EDELNILSON HERNANADEZ QUINTEROS WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO DROP OF OUR FRIDGE AND NOT ONLY HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO DO A THING BUT HE FOUGHT WITH US AND ALMOST RAN OVER MY HUSBANDS FOOT AND DROVE AWAY. The worst experience I have ever had with their delivery. There was a guy name edelnilson who was supposed to deliver our product from Home Depot and he was so unprofessional that I had to step away I really would not recommend this company for any type of delivery. I had taken off work to be able to purchase this delivery and as soon as this guy saw he had to bring the delivery in which I paid for he just drove away. Very very very unprofessional
Wish there was a no star review that i could give these guys. Very unprofessional. They were asked to use the fright elevator because the other one closer to the apartment they were going to make the delivery to. They cursed the building maintenance staff and left the items in the middle of the street.
