Guerrero and the rest of his team are amazing. I had an earring stuck in my ear- after spending hours trying to take it out and causing myself so much pain, I decided to head to Guerrero's. He was able to take out the earring flawlessly and effortlessly in less than 2 minutes, without any pain. I thought it would have to be cut, but the earring is also perfectly in tact! Guerrero is 100% the place to go for any jewelry related issues.
When a customer calls this place, they just answer the phone saying hello, they don't announce themselves as a business or anything that's shady.I would not bring jewelry to a place that.Doesn't announce themselves as a business when they answer the phone
