I hate to leave a bad review, but this shop deserves it. Both my husband and I took our cars here for simple oil changes, and they managed to mess up both vehicles. For my husband’s 2016 BMW, we started noticing oil stains on our garage floor right after their oil change. When we took it back, they claimed a part needed to be replaced — but later we learned that they had overtightened the oil cap and cracked the plastic piece that’s part of the oil system. Called this morning to ask for a quote for an alignment, after telling them my vehicle year make and model they ended up telling me that it was gonna be $100 for my car to get an alignment. And then I came to the shop to get my alignment, they had me wait 30 minutes just to tell me because of my car they’re gonna charge me another $50 for it even though over the phone they quoted me $100. Driver called me after the cancellation after several attempts of trying to reach someone was told I would be notified by the technician only to receive numeral of messages to book an appointment.... wasn't fully refunded deposit
