I found GAMS on the website from Interstate Batteries. They were very close to my home. I had a battery that needed warranty replacement. GAMS replaced the battery under warranty. They cleaned the engine compartment, repaired the positive clamp, and installed the new battery. Meanwhile, 2 different customers gave me their reviews in person about their positive experiences with GAMS. These guys are honest and fair. They have a tire store, as well. Great customer service! I had my engine light on and needed to get my car fixed, so I can pass the state inspection. I told the guy at the front desk that I thought my sensors were messed up from a car wreck back in 2020 ( I paid $300 to a previous mechanic at another store who didn’t even fix the sensors). The guy at the desk said with all the work I need done and have 2 new sensors it was going to cost $890. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. THESE GUYS ARE VENOMOUS SNAKES. I SENT REFERRED A FRIEND OVER TO GET AN ALIGNMENT. THESE GUYS INSTEAD SAID HE NEED TOP AND LOWER CONTROL ARMS REPLACED. NOT KNOWING MY FRIEND JUST HAD THEM REPLACED A WEEK BEFORE HE CAME TO THEM AND SHOWED THESE DUMMIES THE RECEIPT!
