Call around 8:30 PM for a flat tire. The person who answered me was an AI Virtual assistant, it was not easy dealing with a virtual assistant nor was i able to explain the issue to him. He was trying to offer me to purchase a tire. I asked for a live agent twice. And then he transferred me and nobody was there to answer the phone call. I don't know if by mobile mechanic it meant only from 9 to 5, so I called after hours.l?! Maybe this is the case. Anyway, it was not a pleasant experience. Good luck.
