Experienced terrible customer service. Booked an appointment for Monday morning, made payment, received email confirmation. Waited for an hour past the scheduled appt time, they were a no show. Called and the "claimed" they sent an email regarding their cancellation and a refund. I was able to convince the rep to resend and the email cancellation and refund confirmation. Now I am back at square one, looking for a mobile mechanic. I do not recommend their service.
My radiator was leaking, and Guerrero Mobile Mechanics had it replaced same day. No tow truck needed, no waiting rooms just results.
Top experience. I booked online and they kept me updated every step of the way. The mechanic was polite, professional, and explained everything clearly.
Best mobile mechanic experience ever. They were respectful, didn’t try to upsell anything, and left my driveway cleaner than they found it
