We were in Austin for our son’s hockey game when our car broke down. So we definitely had the need to get the car fixed fast. Richard was our technician and he was absolutely great and very helpful. He was able to fix our car quickly once he got to us. The price was reasonable.
They charged me after me already paying for the service that wasn’t completed. I am waiting on a refund. From the pass charge You can never speak to someone directly only the mechanic once they work on your car, but if you need a refund or you have questions about the actual bill there’s no one to get in touch with which is very frustrating When somebody reaches out to me. Work was done rapidly, thoroughly, and completely. Richard even took the vehicle for a rest drive again, after reassembly, just to ensure everything was fitting back together correctly. Pricing was fair; much more fair than some other mobile services I've used previously.
Massively convenient! I needed a wheel hub replacement for my daily/project after I snapped a cross-threaded lug stud. Within a couple hours I had Richard looking at my car. He returned the next morning, knocked out the repair in no time, and even let me watch, ask too many questions, and yap his ear off the whole time!
My car was stranded 30 min away from home. The first technician assigned texted AT my appt time to say he would be there an hour and a half later. Then he had the company reassign another “more experienced” technician. This new technician was a great guy. But I do feel like I was overcharged. They quoted and charged for 4.5 hrs labor on a job that only took 2.5 hours.
