Apparently there's extra rules for a colonscopy they don't tell you until it's procedure time. I've read the Bowel Prep front to back, it does not mention not smoking for 24 hours. It actually says continue your medication, which until recently I was prescribed. Dr. Guerra's office kindly asked me to repeat the day long process of Clear liquids & feasting because they failed to mention no smoking.
