I was dropped like a hot potato by Dr. Fisher, when I started complaining of severe memory problems. No follow up, no how's it going, after 9 months of ECT. The best way to sum up extreme ECT memory loss, is its like having Alzheimer’s, and being fully cognizant of it. What that does in effect, is take away who you are as a person: self-identity.
