I have been a patient of Citrus since 1999. With that said I’ve had a few Drs. some are still with us some are not. Dr. Berta Guerra is absolutely the best doctor and the best humanitarian person I have ever met. Speaking with her it’s a friendly relationship her way of making things look brighter are amazing. She always has time to listen and she always brings out the best to any situation you may present to her. Thank you Dr. Guerra for taking me in as your patient. God bless you always!
Apart from the few medical personnel that actually take the time to care for their patients, the remaining supporting staff particularly the secretaries and front desk, are incredibly rude and have absolutely no knowledge of how to deal with patients with mental illness. I can count the individuals who took the time to assist but unfortunately, the incompetent outweigh the useful.
