I was hired by Karen Kovach on behalf of the owner of this mobile home park to clean up the leaves and lawns to make them mowable. I then mowed lawns in the park for the summer of2021. The property owner Joe Gunnett still owes me $2500 for all the work done there besides the mowing itself. The bill was put in collections but is not paid.I will be informing residents and contractors as well as placing a lien on the property.
