I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one’s earned. I booked a massage here over the weekend and ended up coming back the next day—Cecile was that good. Easily one of the best massages I’ve had. She’s incredibly skilled, attentive, and actually listens to what your body needs instead of just going through a routine. The service, from arrival to finish was amazing! The amenities were absolutely top of the line, including an in-change room steam room and a comfortable lounge for guests. Jennifer, my RMT was fantastic, and gave attention to my pain points flawlessly. Thank you to the Guerlain Spa team -
Came here as a treat for our first year of our wedding anniversary and booked the couples massage with the RMT's Everyone here was very friendly and welcoming from the front desk staff to all the attendants showing us around and bringing us drinks. The entire place has a very relaxing aura to it, is clean and tastefully decorated. Special shutouts to our RMT'S Jennifer and Ani who are amazing at what they do and for being so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend!
For those who miss the Bloor Street boutique, this is a whole other experience. The space is open, spacious, and quietly luxurious. You are treated to lovely tea and macaroons, and of course there is a full selection of Guerlain products to test and take home. Where the spa shines, though, is in service. Had a fantastic experience at this spa! My partner and I both got a couples massage and they were 10/10, probably one of the best massages we’ve had. The front desk staff Yordana really took care of us as well. She was very nice and friendly and made some great recommendations on some perfumes and sent us home with some samples. Will be returning back!
