I spent almost $300 on this bottle of perfume at Guerlin in The Breakers hotel. When you first open the top it smells like alcohol and after spraying it 20 times you might get a faint hint of it but you won't be able to smell anything after a minute, definitely in no way is it worth. You are better off buying something at TJ MAXX, Ilive in Nashville and obviously can't go return it. I was very excited to try if on when I got back but was extremely disappointed. DO NOT be fooled by the testers like I was

Wynisha provided truly exceptional customer service and deserves recognition for her professionalism, dedication, and kindness. She went above and beyond to help me. Since I am in Miami and could not visit in person, she followed up throughout the entire transaction, kept me informed, and made the process smooth and stress-free. Jennifer was marvelous. Got the best perfumes. She did even engrave our 4 bottles of perfume. So kind and nice. Beautiful location, everything was right. Ask for Jennifer.

Very unprofessional staff. Doesn’t like to Honor return policies. I attempted to return an unused fragrance from this boutique and they didn’t want to honor their return policy. Even had security show up to the boutique because I was making a return. I don’t know if they don’t get enough business and don’t like to refund their customers when the customer is unhappy but these people are miserable nasty rude individuals. Two security officers and 1 law enforcement officer showed up to my return extravaganza. What an infringeme... read more
