I've held off on reviewing because I wanted some time to go by to see if I stayed a non smoker for a while. I'm happy to report so far so good! I went in a heavy smoker and came out a non smoker. It's been about 3 months so far. Hard to explain how I was able to do it without gum or patches or sprays or anything just the hypnosis and it worked great. I don't get cravings. Highly recommend this service. Everything in life is a function of consciousness and through hypnosis one can identify, examine and change the unconscious beliefs holding them back from creating the reality they prefer.
Guelph hypnosis has helped me stop smoking. It’s so easy and relaxing. I was a smoker for almost 30yrs. Tried many different methods to quit in the past. Guelph hypnosis is/was by far the smartest choice for me.
