I've held off on reviewing because I wanted some time to go by to see if I stayed a non smoker for a while. I'm happy to report so far so good! I went in a heavy smoker and came out a non smoker. It's been about 3 months so far. Hard to explain how I was able to do it without gum or patches or sprays or anything just the hypnosis and it worked great. I don't get cravings. I'm able to enjoy going out having a few beers and don't even think about having a smoke, something I couldn't have imagined before. Thank you Amy.
