I contacted Ruslan over the weekend as our water tank burst and spilled water all over in our basement. I am surprised how fast Ruslan showed up and took care of warranty. He in fact paid from his own pocket to get us the tank installed the tank on the same day so that my issue was solved first as the warranty office was closed on the weekend.
