Frank was very nice and was educating me on everything that needed to be done. I needed a leak fixed on my main water shut off valve and he easily fixed with no issues. The project was affordable as well!

He did a great job. It was a difficult job but he was very polite and efficient.
I appreciated their quick response to my furnace malfunction, especially during the recent frigid weather. It happened on a Thursday, and Gudorf had to order the part (a circuit board). It arrived Friday evening, but I had to wait until Monday morning for installation and delivery. The circuit board was ordered from Amazon, and when I checked the Amazon app, it was listed at $250, yet on the bill it was about $550. I’m not sure what’s considered usual and customary, but I thought the mark up was extreme.
