Grateful for the prompt and friendly service provided on New Years Day. We woke to a cold house due to a failed blower motor. Within an hour the cause was identified and repairs were completed.
Great Job. Our Electric furnace went out just before Christmas. Fortunately for use the weather warmed up. Within a day Gudorf sent out a technician that diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. After Christmas and the big storm, another technician came and finished the job. Prompt response and service. I couldn't be happier.
Alan did great! Our dryer wouldn’t heat up and after having the technician (from where we bought the dryer)check the dryer they found it was electrical. So we called Gudorf. Alan was very thorough and found the problem! Fixed it right away!
Do not trust. Simple water heater install at our church. They came 2x to tell me the new water heater is not the cause of the water around the tank. Now that I can prove it they dont service my area and want to charge me to come fix it. Unreal a company like this is in business. Would believe it if it didnt happen to us.
Literally came in with zero notice from me on a Friday morning during a big snowstorm to fix my furnace!
