I was ready to spend, but apparently the male staff member here doesn't want to actually help you do that! The store was basically empty. Won't be changing my review until I have a better experience in the future. Very disappointed as this was my first visit in the new store. I wasn't even given an option to have different sized items ordered in for me. Staff members need to try harder to make customers feel comfortable. Again, the store was almost empty on this occasion (meanwhile LV was full of people!) Such a huge shame..... read more

Very disappointing experience at the raine square Gucci store today definitely prefer the old hay st store but it's a step up from the king st location from years back .... I'm a long term Gucci wearer and used to love the way the staff at Gucci would treat everyone well even before they checked your file and realized how much you had spent there in the past I've even been given bottles of champagne on my birthday from store staff and used to always get invited to the new season launches ....
