TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANDY I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Mandy S., manager at this outlet. I reached out regarding an issue with my order, but instead of receiving any help or understanding, I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude. There is an older white "security" by the door who is very rude and discrimates based on your race it seems. I have received amazing service at stand alone LV, Dior and Gucci so I wasn't expecting the Gucci OUTLET employees to act like they are above Hermes level with exclusivity. Very sad, miserable old man.
I arrived at the Gucci store today and there was a line. No big deal. What was interesting was I heard the door attendant say they have to wait on store associates to be available to let you in. Again familiar in my other shopping experiences. What amazed me is that I was in the store 20 min and not one customer service advisor spoke or said anything. Isaiah showed exceptional customer service! He was very patient while I was indecisive. He was knowledgeable and attentive and made my shopping experience seamless. His professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. I highly recommend seeing Isaiah when shopping at Gucci.
During my last visit to Atlanta, I went to the North Georgia Premium Outlet and visited the Gucci Outlet. The store was very warm and inviting and loaded with goodies! Associates were attentive without being overbearing. In particular, Leena is absolutely amazing and her customer service is outstanding. She made my experience there spectacular!
