Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience. I bought these shoes from the store, and when I got back to my country, I noticed that the bottoms of the shoes clearly showed signs of being worn before. It was obvious they had already been used, which completely ruined the surprise I had planned for my wife. I contacted customer service in the US, and they told me to reach out to the Middle East team. Sadly, I haven’t gotten any response from them. Just wanted to share my experience, nothing more…
