In store experience was good but I dropped off a suitcase for repair and I have been calling for a week and a half now and have not gotten any reply!!! I was told they’d give me a call in a week and I haven’t gotten anything back from them. Absolutely livid. Nobody answers the damn phone. At this point I just want my damn suitcase back.
RecommendedI bought two $430 wallets; one for me and another for a birthday gift for friend out of town I mailed it to...I asked if I can return it with receipt a month later if needed if friend doesn't like/want it and they said "No problem". A month later my friend sends it back and I try to return it and I am denied. For spending this much money on a wallet and to be lied to and treated like this....I will NEVER buy another Gucci product again! Totally unacceptable Customer service! BOYCOTT GUCCI!
