Very upset. Had a gift card and they cannot be used online and I want to try the Gucci foundation which isn't sold in NJ spots. So I travel to the store and they are unable to sell me the foundation because they are ALL expiring soon and are awaiting shipment from Italy. I expect this elsewhere but not Gucci ! Plus it was 80 degrees plus outside and no air conditioning in store.
I sent my Gucci bag to be cleaned and repaired in February And I still don't have it back. You would think the customer service would be great with the kind of money your spending. The lady in customer service only apologized and said I still have to wait because my strap did not come in yet! Having 2nd thoughts about spending anymore money with them.
I'm so so so disappointed that #Gucci #Fedex allowed an Unauthorized individual sign for a package now I'm n limbo going thru Loops n Hurdles as well as investigation because #Gucci never gave a delivery confirmation email nor any type of Tracking Number but was Quick to receive my Money totally dissatisfied with this multi Million/Billion dollar company ugh smh
