Worse Customer Service. Ordered an item online and was stolen on delivery (box came empty). Sent them images of the box and filed a claim within 2 hours of delivery. I was told that they cannot place another order until the claim was resolved even though I explicitly said that I wanted a replacement of the item and not a refund. I received a gift card and attempted to make an online purchase. So I call the 800 number and I am on hold for 30 minutes. Then after holding for that long they can't accept their own cards online -WHAT!! I really don't have time to drive to your one full-line store in my area which is why I tried to make an online purchase. HORRIBLE POLICY!!
