Loved the attention of Coun. He was very kind and patient and helped us from bags to shoes. I love the atmosphere and attitude of the Gucci staff. Cannot compare the same experience with Chanel or Louis Vuitton.
Worse Customer Service. Ordered an item online and was stolen on delivery (box came empty). Sent them images of the box and filed a claim within 2 hours of delivery. I was told that they cannot place another order until the claim was resolved even though I explicitly said that I wanted a replacement of the item and not a refund. It took 3 weeks to investigate the claim and I was told I would get a call no later than the 29th.
