Former Employee. First off I just want to say this is not a customer service company, so you will get nothing in regard to customer service. All they do is fill out forms and send them off and hope someone that knows what they're doing will get in contact with you. So pretty much this is a fraud company, posing as a customer service business but actually all they do is try and get your contact information and give you no information. So stupid. Chatbot is bad. Customer Service is bad (used to be good before their good employees left). Their right hand hasn't a clue what the left is doing. They billed us for a service that they never provided owe us credits and won't allow us to apply them... I got a letter that WE were past due. They want this to be a "mailbox money" operation it seems... with their AI robot leading the charge. It is very tough to get real customer support.
