Horrible experience, set up an appointment to get the tile in my bathroom done, the FIRST day for 3pm, no one showed up so around 4pm I called him (he did not try to contact me to tell me he was running late) and his last appointment was running late and he wouldn’t be out until maybe 6pm so rescheduled for following day at 2:30pm, no show AGAIN, finally I had to call him (again I had to call him, he did not contact me) around 3:40pm, this time no answer and his phone didn’t let me leave a voicemail so I waited a little long... read more
