I've been a customer for years (originally shopping at their downtown GR location) and have always had great experiences
Easy, fast and reliable
I dropped my instrument off for a basic set up leaving explicit instructions with Steve not to cut the bridge. The actual work ended up being done by a flunkie. Guess what. The instrument hasn’t played the same since and lost a lot of the projection in the top end.
Love this place. Customer service is amazing and instruments are top notch. Thank you for your service!
