Joe and his team replaced my entire plumbing in my house renovation and was a pleasure to deal with and once finished he kindly came back twice when I was having difficultly working the system. 5 stars, I fully recommend!
Joe correctly identified and resolved an issue with our boiler that had been incorrectly diagnosed by someone else. He was efficient and patient explaining various different things to us. The work was completed to a high standard at a reasonable cost and he was a pleasure to meet. Definitely recommend and will use again!
I came back from holiday to find my boiler had broken down with no heating and outside temperatures around freezing. It was a Saturday evening and the company I usually use for boiler issues doesn't work on weekends, but I came across Joe on google. Phoned him up and he was at the house within an hour and fixed the issue. Great service and would absolutely recommend and use again in the future.
We needed Joe's services when our boiler started leaking water during a cold spell. He came to look at the problem the same day and talked me through the problem - basically our very old boiler needed replacing. Joe was able to change this for us a day later for a reasonable price and was friendly and polite. I'll definitely be using his services again.
My regular plumber was unavailable again. Joe came highly recommended by neighbours and friends in my area in Wimbledon. He was immediately very helpful over the phone, and guided me to find a solution to our lack of hot water. Unfortunately this didn't work. Once I informed him of this he promptly let me know when he could come. Joe was punctual, friendly and polite. He managed to solve the problem. I will definitely use him again as and when I need him again!
