Again today I wasn't able to log into my account because their system was down. This happens often and it's inconvenient. Phone hold time is too long. Besides these things, I do get courteous service.
I did not get help for months. I paid my car loan back in February and I don't have the title yet, we are in December . I went to the branch and they told me to wait for information in the mail and I got nothing. I also called the bank and no-one can help. Every time I called the system is down or they cannot see the loan because is paid off. I called so many times too. Very ridiculous. I will have to take other legal actions if they do not send me the title of my car. I don't know who can help now.
20 minute to 40 minute on hold ! Time to find a better financial institution !
This is probably the least professional least competent banking institution I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Utterly pathetic. 3-4 day turn around on emails and voice messages. Incessant finger pointing and shifting of blame when they mismanage paperwork. Unexplained delays on routine paperwork that normal banks do in a day take this branch weeks to resolve.
