I don't know about the rest of you but I always paid the water company directly myself. This place was just a waste of time for me.
We manage a portfolio of commecrial properties in Flordia and Ohio and have been using Guardian for this particular Plaza since 2018. Recived a letter on Sunday night Jan 10, 2020 that this building account is being cancled immediatly becuase too small. Left us scrambling to find a new company!. Unprofessional business. Also, they had us spend over $6,000 for install in 2018 which stopped working properly shortly after requiring manual reads. Scam compnay, stay away!
