We were in need of an emergency vet ASAP at 3AM . We were very grateful that they were there for us with open arms. We found everyone to be very helpful, compassionate and professional at an extremely difficult time.
I just have a question. Many emergency clinics have pet owners wait in their car . Are pet owners permitted inside the room when pet is being examined by the veterinarian. If not, why not? Thank you
When our cat passed away very suddenly on a Friday night, we were distraught and didn't know what to do. We called Guardian and a very kind receptionist told us that if we'd like to have him cremated, we can come in, have a private room to say goodbye, and talk about estimates. We ended up coming in and were treated with such kindness, offered water/coffee/tea, and were given all the time we wanted and needed to say goodbye.
