I am so happy to call them, my cat is experiencing blood in urine and pain when using bathroom I called Flannery and they dismissed my one year-old male cat. I called guardian veterinarian, and even though they were in the process of closing, they cared enough to say bring the kitty over that is kitty lovers or animal lover in general very disappointed from other veterinarians right now, but thank you guardian for being the best pet guardian ever.❤️🐾
I had to bring my Dizzy and make the decision to let him go. Every single person there, from the Doctor to the vet techs were so kind and compassionate. I just picked up his ashes tonight and they were presented beautifully and with dignity. I am so grateful to every single person there who supported me on one of the hardest days. Thank you.
We had a horrible experience with the veterinarian. The worst bedside manner and he just wanted to get us to spend money when seeking comfort and advise for our dog with cancer. If you can, please go somewhere else. The tech was very helpful and kind, sorry I forgot her name.
Brought my dog in because she was having seizures and the vet put her on gabapentin which is not a medication for seizures at all! My regular vet did not understand this. Waste of money and time
Had a GDV scare tonight with our pitbull/great dane mix, Belle. Once we saw the signs we immediately took her in, they were quick, explained everything they were doing, and were super transparent about the prices beforehand. They confirmed she did not have GDV (THANK GOD). We feel so relieved and couldn’t be more grateful for the care she received tonight. Thanks Guardian!
