I would give zero stars if I could. I brought my dog to this emergency vet for a confirmed hip dislocation, and the experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. He was sedated without pre-anesthetic bloodwork, and I was not properly informed of the risks. After attempting to reduce the hip, they did not use appropriate stabilization methods. Had a scare with my cat and I’m grateful we have this emergency vet nearby. They treated her and us with kindness. The cost was also much less than we expected.

I won’t go into details, but I can tell you that this is the worst vet emergency hospital I’ve ever been to. I hope and pray that I don’t have to be back. The only good thing was the reception lady.

We had used them for the first time last night and I would highly recommend them. The vet was very thorough, compassionate and didn’t make us feel rushed. As far as the staff and nurses they were all amazing! I am very pleased with the care Muzzy received from everyone at Guardian.

My cat needed to be hospitalized over Christmas and as a fellow Vet tech myself I can say I am so glad I chose to bring him to here. The staff here is amazing, caring, knowledgable, and made me feel at ease with regular updates. This team treated him with such love. I am infinitely appreciative of this team’s hard work and care they provided to my baby. Thank you for being the heroes we need, who work through every night, weekend, and holiday to ensure our babies are taken care of!
